If you received a shipping notification for your order and suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please refer to the information about delivery times in our shipping policy. In most cases our packages will not fit through a standard letterbox. We often see packages returned following a failed delivery attempt where the customer did not receive any notice from their postal service, so we advise you to check whether your parcel is being held at your local delivery centre before contacting us.
